Storyline
Years after Ryu Hayabusa fought back the malevolent Dark Dragon, the beast's husk still coils around Tokyo, drenching the quarantined, evacuated city in a cursed rain that bleeds the underworld into the streets. Into this ruined, rain-soaked metropolis comes Yakumo, a young ninja of the Raven Clan, sent to fulfill an ancient prophecy and atone for his bloodline by finally destroying the Dark Dragon.
